I would receive several phone calls a day from this company and when i would answer
debt collectors would threaten me and would tell me that I had only one hour to pay them or else. Then also began to call my employment
several times even after I requested them to remove my work number from their call list and they keep calling over and over and they even harassed my
boss after she asked nicely for them not to be calling at my work place the she even threatened her and when my
boss told her it was illegal to be calling the work place harassing me she requested to speak to the
supervisor and then the debt collector hung up!

I recently had an over due account with Bank of America and it got transfered to Superior Asset Management. I was making lil payments from what I had and finally said enough, I want to get out this for good., so I made a 2 payment arangement. Today, I had a finacial hardship and wanted to change \"1\" of the two payment dates to maybe December 12, but I couldn\'t get close to that conversation @5:30pm with Mrs. Dun on November. 26,2008. I kindly stated my problem only to get rushed. She stated that if break agreement that I\'d have to pay whole balance of $579.91 \"now.\" I said I couldn\'t pay and she said have a nice Thanksgiving and hung up. Pissed, I called back @ 5:32pm to get a corporate number to speak to someone higher. I spoke with an associate for the number but he put me on hold.... I thought he was getting the number but I got Mrs. Dun again. She was all mad like I did something to her stating that I\'m not a customer, I owe a balance that needs to be paid in full \"now,\" Things can\'t go the way I want, said Happy Holidays and hung up again. Seeing nothing but red I will not pay them anything until I have resolution on this issue. It\'s sad....people like Mrs. Dun shouldn\'t even be in management and not be considered for any job PERIOD because her basic skills of customer service ***.

keep calling me about a bill, that was paid off 2 years ago, claiming I have a balance of over $3000 for Bank of America. When I asked for the account #, all she kept yelling at me, if I don't pay 1/2 now, she was going to call my Human Resources dept. Called me 3 times so far, but can't supply me the "so called account #",. she wants my bank account # to start paying this off...yea right!
