BIC Brite Liner Pens leak when in aircraft

Bought a pack of BIC Brite Liner Pens, at Staples. I tried using them at work when in the cockpit as an airline pilot.
Every time I use them at altitude the yellow ink runs out getting it all over my hands, my paperwork and my shirt. I have tried others out of the same box with the same result!
They work great on the ground but dont take them aloft. I wont buy them again!
The company needs to address this issue to try to resolve the problem. I have not tried to returned this item to Staples, but I will let them know this product is defective!
