We could not be more pleased with our purchase. We visited the Fairfield-NJ store, as we were in the market for a new wall unit / entertainment center.

The salesperson was very helpful. He answered all our questions and unlike some of the previous posts, we found him to be very professional, courteous and patient (as we visited 3 separate furniture stores that day, ultimately returning to Raymour for the purchase).

Delivery was on time, as indicated to the day and hour.

Delivery personnel were quick and courteous, and they even cleaned up after themselves.

Merchandise was as expected, with no damages and/or missing parts.

I would definately buy from again.
