SENT To NJ Attorney General:

    Can you tell me if this situation of price fixing is breaking any laws ?

It is gauging the public and stopping free enterprise?

And I believe if a company creates a monopoly of goods being sold on the market that this is

breaking  a few laws!

    Raymour & Flanigan furniture store is forcing some furniture manufacturers that sell their furniture groups to many small local furniture stores in NJ to pull the furniture groups out of these local stores and only sell them to Raymour & Flanigan.This is unfair advantage and the reason so many furniture stores in NJ have disappeared!

    Even though the smaller stores have already been sold these groups for years by these manufacturers!

     Raymore & Flanigan threatens the manufacturers with their large account, if they continue to sell any group of furniture that  Raymour & Flanigan's competitors sell for less then them.

Raymour & Flanigan managers have been known to go out and buy furniture at it's competitors store and then confronts the manufacturers with these lower prices that beat Raymour & Flanigan's price and then threaten to drop their account if the manufacturer continues selling theses furniture groups  furniture group to any other stores!

   The smaller stores can sell for less than the chains does due to lower over head!

But if the manufacturers have already sold the smaller stores these groups then how can it be legal to cut off the small stores and have Raymour & Flanigan dictating the market to gauge the public?

In the end the public looses!

FREE ENTERPRISE????? OR MAFIA STYLE EXTORTION!

SO FAR I GOT NO RESPONSE !

NONE OF THE BIG GUYS CARE ABOUT THE CITIZENS EXCEPT FOR OUR MONEY!

SO STICK IT TO THEM BY SHOPPING THE SMALL FRIENDLY SERVICE ORIENTED STORES FOR YOUR FURNITURE
