We purchased our all-leather Natuzzi couches in 2002. Within a short period of time we noticed that the color didn't look right. We called the number on the protection plan. Some one came out to look at the couches, took some pictures and said they would get back to us. We then received a letter about the condition of our couches. In the letter they had convienently(for them) stated that the leather on our couches was drying out and that Natuzzi did not cover this in their warranty therefore they could do nothing about our couches.

I tried on many other times to remedy the situation with Natuzzi and they failed to contact me.

I have been treating our couches with conditioning products hoping to keep the situation from getting worse. This has not worked at all. After owning the couches for less than 2 years the color had worn off the seats of the couches. Now we have owned the couches for only 6 years and are looking to replace them.

I am very dissappointed in the quality of these couches and how Natuzzi has failed to make the situation right.

I never pass up an opportunity to tell people about the poor quality of Natuzzi whether it is in my own home when people see my couches or when I am in a furniture store that sells Natuzzi.
