I recently received my bank statement with a charge of $11.99 from umg buyersedge. I didn'r know what it was. I called umg and the accounts manager named colleen, straightened everything out.

you see, my wife ordered a new bed ensemble from breyleen co. however my wife did not see the fine print that along with the purchace you also purchace a contract with umg for a dollar a day or something like that. Mind you that the fine print is very fine and you really don't notice it. this is for discount deals to be passed on to you.

Colleen at umg, dissolved my membership, and refunded my money back to my bank account. She said if more people would call, instead of writing nasty letters, it would help all this get straightened out. Colleen 847-240-2005 fax: 847-240-2177

I CALLED THE NUMBER YOU LISTED, APPARENTLY, NOBODY BY THE NAME OF COLLEEN WORKS AT THAT COMPANY ANYMORE. THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.
