I ordered a camcorder from TVsDepot that was to be new. I received a previously opened box that they switched my battery out of.

I knew it was opened as soon as I looked at it due to the corner of the seal tape was rippled. I already knew I was in for a surprise but I didn't expect the following...

Not only that but the battery wasn't in the bag that it came in and it was DIRTY!!! They left it on top of the bag it was supposed to be in AND it was dirty!!!

Advertised "New Factory Sealed"...
