theToolWarehouse.com claims customer satisfaction is important to them. On December 17, 2007 I received delivery of an item that was damaged. This item was advertised as "Free Shipping" but was charged extra fees for overweight and separate charges.

The company has refused to respond to our complaints.

Although this firm offers low prices they make it up in false claims and extra charges. The damaged item could easily be resolved with a small missing part.

In retrospect, I would have gladly paid more if the transaction was with a reputable company.
