Rude Customer Service Represenative, Customer Service Complaint - Conns Appliance

Conns Appliance complaint
I called the service repair center and spoke a very rude service rep. At the beginning of the call a recorded message it informs you that the call may be monitored for quality. Well, the call could not have been monitored by the way the service rep spoke to me. He was very rude and indignant, blowing in the phone, putting the phone down while I was voicing my complaint, as if to say he didn't want to hear it. When asked to speak to his supervisor I was told there was not one available.

When I insisted there had to be someone I could talk to I was put on hold forever and still was not able to speak to anyone of authority. If this is customer service that I should expect Conn's will never get another dime of my money.
