Every month they charge a $39 over the limit fee. My balance was $97 over, so I paid $125 to get current and pay the finance charge. After my payment was processed, they let a fraudulent charge go through, which now I have to dispute, but yet at the end of the cycle they still charged me an additional $39 over the limit fee, which they refused to waive. Juniper (Barclays) does not act in good faith!!! The customer is never right with them and there is nothing we can do - but continue to post complaints, which I will continue to do.

I have to unfortunately weigh in on Juniper after a completely unprofessional and discourteous conversation with one of their account managers. 

 

It appears that their system would not process a $0.44 amount and I got socked with a $29 late charge fee. I called to request a reversal of this charge and let them know that I did not dispute the charge, but that their system would not accept that amount. 

 

The account manager (Janet) told me that their was nothing she could do except to accept a payment over the phone. I have spent thousands of dollars on their card, paid on time in the past, and even paid large amounts to reduce my liability in as short a time as possible. 

 

The attitude (yes - the attitude) of the account manager was rude and condescending.  

 

It appears that my (and Apple's) confidence and trust in Juniper have been sorely misplaced. I intend to follow up with the New York State Attorney General, if just to have it on record, that the practices of Juniper are somewhat suspect - or at least - VERY customer unfriendly.
