I ordered 3 items from Circuit City ... they canceled my order because the items where no longer available. THEY HAVE KEPT MY MONEY! I have called the 800 the-city and 800-251-2665 and have called the stores. I have sent emails to the costumer help. This has been going on for 2 1/2 months. I know this sounds unreal, but it's true. They send your calls over seas and on and on the cycle spins with nothing being done. I hope the corp office takes a look at the mess they have. What has happened to helping the customer?

I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM CIRCUITY CITY.

If you paid with a credit card, just call the company and tell them you would like to dispute a charge. They should refund your money no problem.
