BST Construction complaint

Due to the lack of funds this contractor has cut every corner known to mankind including the square footage of our house because he could not afford the materials. his carpenter filed a lien against the property(was paid at the time of closing). So we paid for more of a house than we got.

Plumbing contractors must be licensed in this state and believe me what was put in our house NO licensed plumber would risk loosing thier license. In other words it is not to code. All we have is copper pipe sticking out of the wall painted conecting the toilets and sinks, sewer gases comes up through the sinks. None of the plumbing inside the walls are anchored.

Carpeting was not installed till the day of closing due to flaws, and they were to get another roll. What was installed was flawed carpeting, and the installation is so poor the carpeting is unraveling at the tile. Its still not replaced.

HVAC system is not balanced. The alarm system needs to be checked. The alarm was connected to the wrong junction box, and due to a lighting strike the telephone company removed it a advised us to have it checked. The alarm company with the builder basically called my husband a lier stating they had not connected the alarm. But my husband and I both watched the phone man remove the alarm wire.

We live on a private road the builder was to replace repair the colvert this has never been done. Now the road is starting to wash out.

There is alot of cosmetic stuff that needs to be done.

However we are not the only victim. Other people in my area bought homes built by the same builder and are suffering as well.

where is this company and is that their full name? I have noticed several different companys with that variation of BST Constructon I hope to have feed back soon thank you
