Why does Juniper Bank charge me 31% when Capital One charges me 14% interest on my credit cards?

I believe they pull their information from the same credit bureau data base.

???? It is also difficult to get a person you can understand on the phone when you need help and/or an explanation or answer to your question-not to mention the fact that they are very rude. It seems to me that we are their customers and "Customer Service" should be what they are doing. When in fact it is almost "customer abuse"! There is very little effort made to HELP the customer.

Had a Juniper card, got them to drop the interest down to 11% (after 1/2 hour phone call). 2 months later I looked at my statement and the interest was 21.9%. I paid the card off and called to cancel and it took over 45 minutes and they told me it was cancelled. 1 month later and I received another statement and called to verify it was cancelled and had to repeat the process. Anyone with this card get rid of it now
