I paid my bill on March 15, 2002 and received a confirmation number and on March 18, 2002 my phone service was disconnected.
I called in at 11:30 and reported it and was told to the reps shock (I do have the name of the rep) that the service was off especially when I spoke with her on Friday.
She said that she would have it turned back on, but four hours has passed and it is not on yet and I have called the main office and was told by the receptionist that everyone was in a meeting and the owner Mr. John Mc Clur was not in the office and there is nothing that can be done.
