Broadband National is a company that can get you deals on cable tv and high speed internet service. In Atlanta they offered rebates, discounted rates and a free MP3 player by signing up through them for Comcast Cable and high speed internet service. The rates with the rebates and discounts were the best out there!!!

The was the good part. The bad was on the rebates and the MP3 player. It was supposed to take 6-8 weeks for the MP3 player and it took about a month longer.

I had to try so many phone numbers to try to get an update on the MP3 player and finally reached someone at the corporate office for Broadband National. Even that person was hard to communicate with. When I finally received the MP3 player it was really a piece of junk!!!

As for the rebates the took at least 6 weeks longer than stated. I kept calling and calling and there was nothing they could do to expedite it. Overall, you can get good deals with Broadband National for cable tv and internet service just be aware of the delays in getting your rebates, mp3 players, anything else they offer

Broadband National also allows all your personal information to be accessed by anyone. For example the original poster's phone number is xxx-334-9914 and lives in the zip code 75098. I could post his exact address, but that wouldn't be nice.

Here's how I found out...

Go to www.broadbandnational.com/salesteam

Select a login, no password is required

Click on Order Search

Put in a last name in the Contact Name field

Hit enter

Bam! Lots of personal info here! And all you need to know is their last name or phone number.
