Page 2 of 2 Comcast consistently does not send us a monthly bill and then charges us a late fee the next month. This is the 2nd month in a row that this has happened and the 4th time since we started using Comcast. The customer service is AWFUL and rude! When I called most recently, the operator rudely asked "what, you thought your service was free". I was not aware that I had to personally call Comcast each month and request a bill. Not only is the customer service awful..the actual tv service is terrible and our internet never works. On demand never also never works.I recently voted Comcast "Worst Customer Service" for the 2008 Consumer Reports survey.

I also hate comcast. I have a lot of trouble with their billing. I only get online statements, which works fine but when I log in to my account to pay or view the bill, it will say that I owe something like $432 and that my service is scheduled for disconnection. When I call them about it they tell me my account is fine, they just didn't update my last 2 payments on the account. That doesn't make any sense to me. Also, my bill just keeps going up and up. 3 years ago digital cable and internet costed me $89/month. Now it costs me $140 and I haven't made any changes to my packages. I actually just canceled my digital service and went with regular cable. There wasn't any point to paying $30 to have the digital boxes with on demand never worked and the signal would cut in and out right in the middle of the Daily Show!!!

They are pretty much the worst company that I have ever dealt with. My roommate called because we wanted to cancel some features of our service, of course the bill is entirely too high. After he cancelled the HBO, he asked what else he can get rid of. They wouldnt tell him the options! My building only offers Comcast. ***

COMCAST ***!! I have had nothing but problems with them. Most currently, my online payment was doubled "in error" as they said, my internet and phone went out when it was finally fixed after 5 days the caller ID doesn't work!! My caller id hasn't worked for over 3 weeks now, and COMCAST still hasn't repaired the problem!! It's still a opened ticket.
Everytime I call Customer Service it is a 40 minute event, 20 minutes on hold, and another 20 of BS!
I can't want until Verizon Fios is fully available in my area!

There is so much more that makes Comast a sucky company. They monitor your web and TV activities in order to profile you for advertising. The top 10% of internet users are targeted and booted off their service (so much for being an unlimited service). You already mentioned their service. Its so bad you'd think they outsourced their service department to the poo flinging monkey cage at your local zoo. Might as well be talking to a chimp. The company is so geared to forcing advertisements on customers that they should be classified as spammers. When it takes over 3 seconds to turn the channel because they are dumping ads on their clients I don't know what else to call it but spam. Worst company ever. Even worse the Walmart.

Why dont people check there bill online, your bills canbe emailed to you, (if you set it up monthly) As far as service problems the company will address them if given the chance.
