I have had cable in my home for 14 years.The original company was friendship cable and we had good service, they sold out to Classic Cable, still good cable. Now they have sold to PCONE CABLE. With PCONE Cable, you pay the same price and lose at least 1 channel a week, if not more. Our rates are the same, but now we have 7 channels that are gone. or at least 7 that i know of ( or care about)

It would be nice to call some one and see if it could be fixed in any way but all you get is the chance to tell someone of your complaints and they come back with thank you for calling your cable company, have a good day.. CLICK..

I tried to call as i always have to pay my bill. I pay all my bills either online or on the phone, just makes it easier. Now they are at the point where they say call back in an hour , we cant transfer the calls .. you call back and it is the same thing. i am looking for another cable company in our area, i am looking for somewhere, anywhere to file a compaint, but in the meantime.. anyone out there gets PC ONE Cable I already feel sorry for you... and if you can avoid it...DO

same here . have had lot of cable co. over the years but till pcone took over never lost a channel for more than a day. have lost at least 3 for over two weeks now . called them two times so far but nothing cant even find my franchising authority on the bill to try them 

for help they even a real co. or just takeing the money and letting the equiment go to junk? cant find them online except for places like this, i dont hae a choice there the only cable in this town

Same song, different singer. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with customer service. They have no service. Heck, I'm not even sure they have any technicians working for them. We had a different cable company, and it got bought out by this one. 6 weeks later, I've lost 5 channels, and when you call....same thing as above. I called today to cancel (went w/ Dish Network), but I have ZERO CONFIDENCE by service will actually be cancelled. I will contact the better business bureau, but I have a feeling this problem won't be going away anytime soon. This company is ridiculous !!!!!
