I had the same experience as Dumbo. Also the same line of companies. Used to draft my account to pay... when they took us over I had two services at two different addresses. They screw up the bills and never sent me a draft form. I cancelled one service then they kept applying my payments to the wrong account. Service has deteriorated in the whole town. We have been without HBO for going on 3 weeks. They will not tell me when it will be fixed because they say I owe them. They do not seem to have any records of my phone calls or the letters I have sent.

I am done! I am canceling and going to Dish. PC ONE can sue me. We will let a judge decide if they are right.

They are not going to sue anyone they are flat broke. Thats why some of teh channels go off because they did not pay the bills. Other times they dont pay the electric bill and the entire system goes down.
