Dear Mr. PC Richard, I am in the process of having my Attorney begin an action against your company. I have tried very earnestly to have an amicable and pleasant outcome of my dissatisfaction in my purchase of a 50" television. Believe me I am not wrong in this matter. Your Sussacanna, New Jersey store delivered it to my home in Pennsylvania with missing parts, a camera slot that does not work with my Canon and my dissatifaction with it completely. They never informed me that there was a no return policy until 7 days later when I got my receipt that I NEVER SIGNED FOR.
My Chase Credit Card co. has refused payment to your company by refunding the $1,848.00 to my credit, your store called me at my home at 6:30 PM on News Year day and harassed me with more of their unjust business tactics. I have already written by email my Attorneys Office, Orloski, Hinga, Orloski and Orloski in Allentown, Pa and made them aware of this injustice by your company. I do not like to sue anyone like the woman who sued McDonald for the hot coffee that she spilled in her lap and got One Million dollars, all I tried to do and would have liked to do was get this TV returned to your store.
I have been a regular customer for years of PC Richards, my wife just had surgery and the harassment is damaging, I am a senior citizen aged 77, my States Attorney General Tom Corbett who I know personally I am sure will also help me and maybe even prosecute your company, AGAIN ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO RETURN A TV 2 DAYS after I received it and it's COME TO THIS. This will blow up into a very public issue I think. You will hear from Attorney Richard Orloski of Allentown, PA shortly, if I don't hear some genuine effort to resolve this issue soon.
I was willing to even pay again for your truck, that comes this way often, to pick it up, but not now. My invoice # is: 44-522628-1
