FIRST CONSUMERS NATIONAL BANK complaint

*BEWARE*

Out of the blue, I got a call from a "representative" of First Consumers. They are bankrupt. They have sold all their accounts to a company called RSI in Florida. I haven't heard anything from them in almost two years now, they are trying to collect on a debt from a company that went out of business. I am filing a complaint with the Texas State Attorney General's Office.
