I had a mistake on my Credit report. I was never late always paid more than the min. They raised my rate from 9% to 24.99%. I was livid.
I fixed the entry on the credit report. Bank one stated they could not return me to my original rate unless I pulled and faxed them a copy of the corrected credit Report.
I am still waiting. They did after much complaining lower it to 18% but only after I made a pest of myself. They still have not lowered my rate to the original amount. It has been four months.
I am going to pay them off the 2000.00 and never ever do business with them again they are blood suckers IMHO.
