there is a service recall on most nissan models 2005-2007 for timeing chains they dont want you to know. also there is a paint issue with rusting that is not covered nor will they help resolve the issue. Nissan of Bourne (cape cod, MA) was no help. Nissan makes a poor product, that does not hold up.
I have a black 2005 pathfinder that has several rust spots on the rear tail gate. I was told by the service maniger that it happened in the transportation of the vehicle by train that caused small burn holes and thus rust, however since it has not gone all the way through the panel its not covered. I will NEVER purchase another Nissan product ever.
