Deceptive Auto Broker - Hammer Auto in Palo Alto, Auto Broker Complaint - Hammer Auto

Hammer Auto complaint
Hammer Auto was completely deceptive in their business practices. Robert Hammer guaranteed that he would be $500 cheaper than other dealers and would provide the right car fast and conveniently. It took them eight weeks to deliver the WRONG CAR and they wanted another eight weeks to find the right car.

As a result, I went to a local dealer who offered the same car at $800 LESS within three weeks. Hammer Auto still wanted their $350 fee even though all they delivered were problems and hassels. Hammer Auto was deceptive and conniving with me.

We had a similar experience with Hammer Auto. What ever happened? Did you pay the $350 fee?
