First off, please accept our apologies for the long delay in responding to your complaint. However, this website neglected to let us know that you had filed one.
We are sorry to hear that you have had a problem receiving our product. If you would have contacted us and let us know that you did not receive the product, a replacement shipment would be sent out right away.
