Cottman Transmission - no transmission

Cottman Transmission complaint by Debbie

We put the car in to the huntington beach cottman transmission shop. The transmission was shot. It took 3 months!! and 2500 dollars. The mechanic George said he would pay for a rental well 3 mo later he hadn't payed for the rental.( the rental office had been talking to him) After talking and going to the shop for 3 mo he just skipped town. The owner of the building said we had to pick up the car by this sat. Went to pick it up NO TRANSMISSION!!. All this time we have been trying to handle this with Cottman and they do not return any phone calls. Now what? We're out 2500 to cottman and 2850 for the rental car.....Help!!
