AAA Advantage Auto Transport complaint

I agreed to ship my car with this shipping company after being informed it would take 1-10 days to ship my car from Michigan to California. After putting a downpayment of 200 dollars and after they had not picked up my vehicle in the promised week, I was told the pickup would happen within another week hopefully and that shipment could take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month or more and an official timeframe could not be ensured. I canceled, shipped promptly with another transporter and am still being hasseled for my 200 dollar down payment. I was misled, wasted my time, and was provided no service. Take a hike AAA!
