Still taking bookings at 1:00 AM 1/17/08 upon arrival at Atl Airport at 3:30 AM still show flight 675 departure on time.

4:20 - 20 minutes late the counter clerks that should have stayed at Burger King show up and inform me and others that the flight was canceled. And, that I'd be refunded my money in 7 to 14 days. Gee what kind of interest are they making on our money?

Then at 6:44 AM I received a call from Spirit Air informing me the flight that should have left 14 minutes ago had been canceled now that makes sense.

Spirit Air in my opinion has taken customer service to an all time low, to the point they should be investigated. No matter what the price if you want to get somewhere that Spirit Air flies take another airline or thumb it! I do plan to call their corporate office and probably get hung up on like trying to call their other numbers!

Spirit Air is terrible!!!
