Cheapoair complaint
I was very frustrated when I booked a flight through Cheapo air and was told I was flying from San Juan to San Francisco. Then I went on American Airlines website to get my seat numbers and come to find out I have a lay over of an hour and a half in Chicago. I called Cheapo air literally ten minutes after booking my flight and they told me that I didn't have to change planes so they didn't have to let me know that I had a lay over. Any other website I have ever booked a trip through has stated every lay over. They need to reorganize their website and improve their customer service. I spoke to a superviser and they said I could cancel my reservation and pay $50 for their mistake. Frustrated in San Fransisco

they only rip you off of fifty bucks.

They are the worst ever, period... the only thing they do is attack you when you tell the truth about them on the internet, as witnessed yet again right there above ..

Regarding the customer is San francisco, beside her flight itineary she chose it stated 1 stop, and next to that is an INFORMATION box that if they had clicked on it, it displays the stop and how long. The customer did not see it, but Cheapoair did provide the information. Her ticket had been issued therefore penalties apply to cancel and make changes.
