I would like also to complain regarding the poor customer service I obtain from your company. I called at the beginning of October in order to inform you that I was coming to England on the 1st of November, I spoke to a person named Martin ( he didn’t want to give me is full name as for him it was not necessary).
I asked him to book an appointment with one of you an adviser when I am in London as I needed to have more information regarding my ISA account and my private pension. He refused to give me an appointment. This person also mislaid me by tell me that I could go to a Lloyds Bank, and required a certified copy of my passport and ask the bank to fax you the certified copy and the matter will be settle. I am extremely disappointed by your services.
