American Publishing complaint

This company misleads you to beleive they will send you envelopes to stuff and send back to them for an income I sent them 39.00 plus 2.00 for shipping and handleing, with a promise to get that back when I send them my first 250 envelpoes to stuff. I asked for my money back in writing and have heard nothing. The number that is on the pamplet is an answering machine that does not except messages.
