After reading the above data I might stop using a cell phone and stay with my land line phone. My chief complaint is that customer service operators have very poor English speaking accents.
Most elderly people are hard of hearing to begin with and cannot carry on a conversation with operators that do not understand that. Also I am concerned that the buy outs are causing a monopoly situation that could escalate into pricing that senior citizens would be unable to afford. Litigation in a global court might be able to stop such a monopoly and probably should be considered before the problems get out of hand.
I hope my input is taken seriously. I'm already 89 years old but there are a lot of senior citizens that are younger than me who could be damaged for a long period of their lives, financially.

The FCC required it to 2yrs of service on a number 7158965902 it never made one call and Verizon having and letting them lie false advertise and just are all around jerk liars and don’t stand behind there service is 75 unlimited and they use your internet and I have and iPhone 8 if I’m not a Verizon customer why do I have that number
