eDreams has no customer service but Expedia does. I have had personal communication with some other travel agencies I used to book flight, but eDreams seems to be a SCAM of agency.

In 2019, the 4 of us carried out a flight London Luton to Barcelona (Spain) a return one and, I paid £90.
Well, the following year...with a supposed Grant towards children's welfare I had to put the whole Grant on to it and on top fork out of my own pocket £76, if I wanted: the same flight to the same city; the same cheap and nearby departure airport and the same budget airline: Easyjet, but for the eye watering amount of: £576...you can imagine my fury towards Authorities and total distrust in everything and airlines...
When I did the consecuent round of different calls all they Limited to tell me was: that it was the cheapest flight they had been "able..." to find...
I cannot speak to Expedia for a comparison; have had very little contact in over ten years. What I can do is describe your custom service people as having been trained best to *** people.

What I intensely dislike is the fact that when a person buys an airline ticket, unknowingly, they can locked in to your membership program. Then, if you try to remove yourself from these membership programs you get all kinds of crap responses. Frankly, it is disgusting how you run your business. Your bosses should be behind bars.
