I canceled this awful service and took my equipment and dropped in off well within the 30 days that I had. Now they send me a bill for $130 for the equipment that I handed to an employee and they will not let me talk to an actual human because I discontinued the service. Worst customer service...

Your website states that the customer service phone number is 24/7. If this is true, why at 7am on a Sunday when I try to call, you're closed? This doesn't help me with my questions at all about my bill. Either be open when you say, or stop saying you're open 24/7..
