Suddenlink TV was the worst experience we ever had. We switched this summer to Suddenlink and after a month we canceled the service.
In spite of half a dozen service calls they could not get it to work properly.
I would rate it a zero.Direct TV is much better although their new receiver is a step down from the previous one. I would rate it a 3.

I haven't used Direct TV in 8 years. For Suddenlink I can confidently say there customer service is the hardest to contact I have ever experienced. It's like the whole phone/chat system is designed to prevent you from reaching a real person
