I called several times to complain they never sent any one out and they kept increasing my bill. my last bill was $155. The TV service was not the best either. My picture was distorted often and why should I be paying them to advertise on my time. The internet was ridiculously slow .15 MB/s and when I called and complained they wanted to charge me for a boost. LOL dial up is faster then that.... Read more

after literally hours on the phone with india and in the online chat support with Thailand it was determined they would give me a new modem- as my modem was "bad"--in one week it becomes "bad" ? -had to pick up new modem -waiting in line for 30 plus minutes-either that or wait 5-7 days to get new modem -so a week without service -to supposedly fix the problem. rep hands me new modem without... We wanted to add two hd set top boxes last 2013 Christmas but the local comcast store front was out of stock. We saw that comcast had a sales presence at Best Buy and the Comcast rep there said we could add two boxes AND the home security plus voice for a year and our price would be $165. The WORST company ever! Let me explain. Yesterday our Internet and cable went out in the middle of the day. After hours on the phone with Comcast they finally figured out that someone contacted Comcast and gave them our address for new service. We pay 9.99 dollars per month extra for 2 cable boxes for any room DVR which has never worked. We have contacted Comcast several different times on this issue which they tried to correct over the phone and was unable to. Beyond incredible the service my Mother DID NOT receive from this company! She tried to install their Cable TV service upon moving to Hobe Sound. On 3 separate confirmed appts for them to come out and install, NOBODY SHOWED UP, NOBODY CALLED ON 3 OCCASIONS. That is a total of 12 hours over 3 separate days that she sat and waited for them. Accepted trial period for 30 days tech came out and after 8 hrs cable and phone worked only he couldn't get internet to work. Called to set up another appointment to correct internet, I called to change phone number to call when they were on the way but they failed to let the dispatch office and tech know needless to say they wanted to reschedule appt. I called into comcast I was on hold for 2 hours which is bull.. then I talked to some guy named paul this guy is a total freaking *** told me it was a problem with my browser and modem my pc or browser and modem is fine but then the *** started getting attitude with me i hung up..So I tryed again the next guy was a total *** as well..I ened up waiting for 8 hours until comcast got there heads out... We had AT&T and admittedly had problems and our fees went up. Husband decided to switch to Xfinity. What a nightmare! The remote us hard to figure out. Tech told us we can record 4 shows, the book says 2 and you can watch a third. The Pause, RR and FF only work on the main TV, not the ones in our bedroom. I am totally disappointed. My wife called in on Friday and the tech over the phone said he could not fix the technical issues remotely and needed to send out a technician. She scheduled for today between 10am and 12 noon EST. She confirmed yesterday and again this morning via the automated system. We also confirmed the appointment this morning with a live operator.
