went on a vacation in san antonio tried to get a tour ticket for the missions told i had to do a 120min deal with wyndham to get one so my then husband and i did so and got high pressured into signing up for a package told the fees and package would be only this be about a 120.00 a month come to find out it is going to be about 120.00 a week we were there in sept split up in nov. never used it... We were just hit with the 2 year upgrade.nothing less than legal blackmail..How they ARE able LEGALLY to screw and lie to people with no consequence is baffling to me. We stopped payment today. I called central reservations and made a reservation at the hotel to arrive in Orlando FL from Atlanta, GA at the Wyndham by Wingate Convention Center for 2/15/14 around 8-9 am and to return Sunday Morning 2/16/14. I've read the Timeshare complaints on this site and several others totaling hundreds if not thousands of people who are unhappy owners. My husband and I are in your group. Are you forced to stay at Wyndham brand hotels for business? Are you 100% sure you are booked for "qualifying" stays and rates and STILL have to fight with Wyndham on a monthly basis to get credited the points due you? Even worse is waiting for your account to update. My account hasn't been updated in over a week (during which time I have incurred two QUALIFYING stays). WTF? Every other hotel... Read more

I made reservations probably a month or more in advance at this hotel. I used a check card to hold the room. We checked in on Feb. 5 for two nights. Instead of using the card when we got there I paid with cash. (BTW..I booked online). I also wanted to use our tax I.D. The clerk took our tax I.D. and disappeared with it. On 12/27-28 2013 went to have a Wicked weekend with daughters for Christmad present stayed at Wyndham at playhouse square Cleveland oh I woke up at 9 am to alarm sounding to evacuate building stood outside until were told to go to HALE building next door sat there for over 2 hours with no communication from Hotel at all finally went back to hotel to find lobby open to guests with some food and... My wife and I were visiting in Branson on Dec. 15, 2012. I was told by the Tourism folks that they would give us $98 if we would go to Wyndham and listen to a sales pitch. We did and I said "no" to the Rep., I did not want what they were selling. They said that they were giving me free points just to try it. My friends and I came states side to do some Black Friday shopping. We checked in Thursday night. We asked for two queen size beds for the four adults. We get into the room and the beds were two doubles. There was only four small thin pillows and no extras anywhere.
