When I filed a formal complaint involving repeated rude customer service with the owners via their official website (www.whataburger.com), all I received was an email inviting me to call them at my convenience. No apology, no sympathy, just a brusque note.

I had already indicated in my original complaint that I did NOT want to be contacted by telephone.

They did not fully read or take my complaint seriously.

It is obvious that the owners/management would rather not have me as a customer than have to confront substandard employees. Therefore, I shall happily oblige them and take my patronage elsewhere.

You are absolutely correct, Whataburger corporate office is not helpful and extremely rude and will do nothing positive to solve a customer concern. My advice is to find another place to dine, one that is concerned about it's customers.

If you observe unacceptable sanitary conditions report them immediately to the local health department enforcement division. Read the horror stories on the Internet concerning Whataburger, if only half were legitimate this is still indicative of a situation out of control.
