Hello my name is Joseph Storms & I live in Muncie, Indiana & I am contacting your corporate office as a courtesy to your business, but I I shouldnt even do that for your business because 2 days ago I decided to go to Wendys on Madison &18th st. Muncie, Indiana 47302, ok so first off I am letting you know that my attorney will be contacting Wendys corporation & also Wendys legal team all because how your restaurant workers did me, I took my dad out because he has stage 2 cancer, he wears adult diapers, he can only stand for 3 mins at a time if that, he wanted to go in so we get to restaurant everything is going how it should have, 1st off the girl at the register deserves a raise, 2nd I had 2 girls and a guy act like me and my dads order was so much and so impossible to make, alls the guy did was lie and stared at me and my dad so thats not really bad but this blonde the only one there shes 21 yrs old well she started screaming at me because I asked her would she please stop talking to her co worker at least why there making my food and I said it in a nice way, thats all it took the blonde started screaming at me and looked at me like she wanted to really harm me and my dad, alls I wanted was my fathers food for him, hes sick with a cancer and uses the bathroom on himself about 8 times a day well the workers only was taking care of the drive-thru & alls I said was could they please make my food and or take care of one at drive-thru and then one inside switch back and fourth from there to a inside customer, well that didnt go over well because I am feed up with this bs, the bad part is my dad urinated & defecated on himself due to one of the girl workers locking me and my father in restaurant because she said I was stealing stuff from by register and it was a lie because me nor my father touched nothing we wasnt supposed to have even one of the workers yelled at her and ask her why would she say a lie like that same girl that locked us in I had to scream and I never raise my voice unless its about my dad, mom or daughter I will protect at all cost, the cops showed up instantly when he saw me he started talking like I was a criminal and also he was screaming at me in the store yelling sometime the workers was teaming up on me, I will tell you my father already called you guys yesterday his name is (Timmie storms) but after the cops heard my side of story and after he found out about my dad going to restroom on his self his response was so thats all you wanted is to get your food drinks cookies and leave, I said yes officer and I told him that he will probably becoming to a lawsuit civil court date because the way I got treated by Wendys workers and they even made the wrong food after them fighting threat of to kill me before the cop got there and I didnt even no they was there until he screamed shut the *** up to me and I did only because I respect my elders but police knew I was in rights of being physically angry cops said they would of threw it at the workers the food after doing all that to my father and me, Ill be straight forward with you I am going to take this to civil court because that really messed me up getting screamed at by 3 Wendys workers right after I handed them a $100 dollar bill for my food and got y change back no receipt not even in bag and they never give them out but also the worst part is I am suing for defamation towards me and slandering my name and also I am suing Wendys for my dad having to stand inside Wendys with urine soaked cloths and also had defecated all over his self and had to stand there for 30 mins because one of the girls locked us in their until cops came and after I told them about my dad they was on my side, I will be really honest if I was in Wendys situation that me and my father is about to put Wendys through because Wendys will be so flabbergasted by things this is a joke and that nothing is going to happen over this; Ill even tell you what I think I deserve out of this situation (1st I want an apology by the workers on that day and one to my dad also)(2nd I am suing for $3,500 for suffering of a severe anxiety attack because I have never been treated like that anyone then my father with stage 3 cancer goes to bathroom on his self I should be saying My attorney will be in touch and see you in court and judges dont take kind to people taking advantage of the elderly making my father think he is going to jail because they said me and him was trying to steal well look at cameras cause my attorney is having the footage pull soon as I tell him how this conversation went so I am asking for $3,500 for the fact being accused of stealing and its false and they yelled it where everyone could hear it theres another embarrassing moment they put me through so between getting locked in for false accusations police was mad a cancer victim was being treated this way but I think a check for $3,500 would be fair or we can go to court let a civil jury pick the price and that could be in the $100,000s so unless Wendys is built on Pure hate and greed they will say no but if Wendys is smart they would settle this soon at they read this they should come back at me an apology and a $3,500 check everything will be over if not have a fine day and Ill still be upset my stage 3 cancer victim father had to urinate and have *** running out of his adult diaper and people was obviously staring cause of that and Wendys caused that to happen and I have nothing but time on my hands to take this to trial in court because I am my fathers paid caretaker, but thanks for the time to write this hopefully you guys at the headquarters do the right thing and settle for my offer because its really about the principal you dont talk to customers like they did and you definitely dont make a 70year old man get so nervous and *** and pooped on hm self so $3500 should be a blessing to someone thats made a billon $s in life time so again please reach back asap Ill give it 24 hours after that my attorney will be calling you

We just went through drive through & got the best person ever I had to ask his name Greg i can say he does his job excellent with great customer service with a smile, very polite, kind and has such heart ill be returning to this location he's a keeper If I was his boss I'd give him a raise and or promotion its very rare to get such a great customer experience late at night thank you I've been here before and I've had good experience but he was just a bit more different more courteous smile is a big thing and made sure to make sure we were good again thank you for him people can learn from him please et him know and management thank you for hiring him

And avoid the long drive up line. I had a meeting at 5:30 but love these salads . But when I get to the store, its locked!!! I had to wait in this long line for over 22 minutes just to get my order that I put inn2 hours ago!!!
If I havent already paid for the order in the app I would never have waited for it!!! I was late for my meeting. At the drive thru the gentleman said he had just gotten there. But the girl was rude!
She said, well at least you got your order!!! What and there were 6 employees there that I saw inside. But they said not enough to open the wall in. Im sorry, I worked fast food for years and 6 souls can run, drive thru and walk in at the same time, if they are trained, and not messing around and joking in the back.
I saw this. It doesnt take to people to get a mini Frosty!! The week before they had no burgers!!! And a few weeks back they could take cash only, Im told after a 27 minute in the drive thru!!!
This place is going down hill, innHarstville and its said they could have and keep a great business if the right training was done!! But to back talk a customer is so uncalled for!!! She need customer service training in the worst way.
And quick. Do the employees know that our business pays their salary!!!

Tonight I had done a mobile order to Wendy's I ordered a big double stack Dave a triple stack Dave and a regular Dave single Dave when we got there they said that they were out of the big meats they were out of ice they were out of just about everything it seemed and I asked for a refund and they did give me back some some of my money but they paid it out in cash but when we got our order home the hamburgers that we had gotten one of them was a was a kids meal hamburger with no meat and just cheese with Pickles and then the other two burgers that they gave us were regular the regular hamburgers which was fine but they still didn't get the order quite correct and I was just letting you know and also with one of the meals they were supposed to have been chicken nuggets and they were nowhere to be found I guess they were out of those also we also had ordered a Frosty chocolate Frosty and then another chocolate Frosty and they were out of that also my total purchase was going to be $38 and I ended up with just $10 but they the order was still wrong even with it not being the big sandwiches they still didn't get everything right and I had to ask twice for the refund they really should close the store if they don't have the food because all these kids did not know what to do and it was sort of sad I'm not fussing I just feel that it was very sad thank you

Rest:00001043 t:1615 my nephew and I usually get you guys on Friday but he was willing to trade off for today. Im glad he did your staff today your cooks GREAT BIG THANKS they did an awesome job on the food not burnt not soggy and got the order correct all of it .
Especially in todays day were service and food has gone down hill you got a great team there from my perspective. Again a big thanks yo good food GREAT COOKS and good team cuz they are the works that keep you guys in business. Big thanks to them.
I did fast food one day not for me- medical field was. So yes Im expressing my thanks to great food during dinner rush.

Sir/Ma'am: Good evening. I called your Customer Care# 888-624-**** but was placed on long hold.
Instead, please accept this email. This is my first time contacting Customer Care for any food franchise. But I must inform you have an extremely poor encounter that I had this evening at my local Wendy's at 987 Beards Hill Road, Aberdeen MD, #00004629. I placed an order with the shift supervisor, who was at the register.
I ordered two crispy chicken sandwichs, and two vanilla frosties (using the 2024 key chain tokens). I paid the bill. I was not shown the receipt or asked if I wanted it. I found the paper on the register.
Upon examination, it rang up for $9.93. It should have rang up for $2.79 x 2 (plus tax). The cashier made errors in ringing up two JBC sandwiches and also charging me for two small/junior frosties. When I told her of the mistake, she accused me of ordering the bacon hamburgers and not the chicken sandwiches.
I informed her that I come in every 1-2 weeks and always place the same order and would never have ordered any sandwich with bacon, as I don't eat bacon. It escalated by her voice getting louder and taking on an insulting tone, and involving two other employees and a customer behind me in line. She called the general manager and she came up with the same contrived story that I was at fault. All that I wanted was two crispy chicken sandwiches and two free small/junior frosties.
She was unwilling to remove the charge for one of the frosties telling me it would throw off her register balance and that I was wrong. I informed her that this was no way to treat a customer, especially a regular customer. I asked for a refund in full and left without a food order. I understand that everyone can have a bad day but it should not have escalated nor should she have been insulting.
It started off friendly where she said that her ankles hurt and she had no opportunity to sit during her shift and that she was 20 weeks pregnant. I congratulated her and placed my order. All was OK until I saw the erroneous order that she was either unwilling or didn't know how to correct. She told me that the errors were mine, she didn't own up to the mistake or take the effort to allow reason to prevail.
This evening's experience was my first and only poor experience at any Wendy's, including this one. I suggest that the staff become reacquainted with customer relations. I am most disappointed. I hope that you take this opportunity to further investigate and take any necessary corrective action.
I don't have the order# as she kept the order receipt and gave me the refund receipt.
The transaction however was at 5pm on 3/6/2024. Thank you.
