Horrible test
Dr ordered this sleep study to check for sleep apnea. Easy set up and after 2 days of successful reading confirmed on tge app, this is the message I recd from the doctors office

I don't know if you pulled off the equipment or what happened but the recommendation was if you want to pursue sleep apnea you would need an in lab study. I other words we can refer you to a sleep center or pulmonogist that would order the study. You still need to pay virtuox because they sent you the equipment and interpreted the test.
How the *** can Virtuox interpret a test without enough sleep hours to accurately diagnose anything!
My cost will be $50 to take a test that didnt accurately diagnose anything!!
I did not pull anything off my finger for this test, I did exactly as the instructions were stated. Do not waste your money. If your doctor orders this test for you and you dont sleep past five hours a night.

Fraudulent billing
This company is a fraudulent company. They asked me to pay $250 for sleep apnea home study that they had billed my private insurance and that they are out of network so I must pay.
When I checked with my insurance they had not filed any claim.
I explained my insurance asked that they should just file a claim which they just continue to give a run around.
The billing department does not answer calls only state they will return calls in 24 hours, and that rarely happens. In august they said they would send me email regarding insurance billing, its now 4 months later no email, no phone call.
They are the worse health care company that exist!
I give them a big fat zero!

Verified Reviewer |My sleep study kit contains printed information stressing that the study must be completed within 7 days. However, it was 3 days later before I received the pulse oximeter needed in the test.

Preferred solution: They shouldn’t be doing work with the VA and should have every claim they’ve submitted re-evaluated

I have been waiting for a c pap for 2 months. Customer service is poor.
