Horrible test

Dr ordered this sleep study to check for sleep apnea. Easy set up and after 2 days of successful reading confirmed on tge app, this is the message I recd from the doctors office

I don't know if you pulled off the equipment or what happened but the recommendation was if you want to pursue sleep apnea you would need an in lab study. I other words we can refer you to a sleep center or pulmonogist that would order the study. You still need to pay virtuox because they sent you the equipment and interpreted the test.

How the *** can Virtuox interpret a test without enough sleep hours to accurately diagnose anything!

My cost will be $50 to take a test that didnt accurately diagnose anything!!

I did not pull anything off my finger for this test, I did exactly as the instructions were stated. Do not waste your money. If your doctor orders this test for you and you dont sleep past five hours a night.

For two days I've tried to contact someone about an order. I've been put in hold for a long time and no one responds. I've left a voicemail and no response. My husband needs to take the testing. We have had the machine for over two weeks and can't do anything.

Scam Artists

These *** are ripping people off. They dont answer their phones and they bill your insurance who pays 100% then shoot you a bill for $50! Theyve already been Class Actioned by the VA and Medicare with a $3,000,000 settlement and are back at it again! Refuse to pay!!! Any doctor using them I assume is getting a kickback! Submit complaint to your State Attorney Generals office and lets shut these crooks down!!!

My lung doctor ordered A Oxygen. Machine for me, my insurance company approved at 100 percent. I have paid my deductible for the year. However, this company Stated I still own $58 a month, no matter what And my insurance company said not to pay it. I then looked at their reviews, Their total Ranking is one star. Then I decided not to do business with them. They are trying to take advantage of people.

Fraudulent billing

This company is a fraudulent company. They asked me to pay $250 for sleep apnea home study that they had billed my private insurance and that they are out of network so I must pay.

When I checked with my insurance they had not filed any claim.

I explained my insurance asked that they should just file a claim which they just continue to give a run around.

The billing department does not answer calls only state they will return calls in 24 hours, and that rarely happens. In august they said they would send me email regarding insurance billing, its now 4 months later no email, no phone call.

They are the worse health care company that exist!

I give them a big fat zero!

Cannot get Customer Service on Phone

They did not send my medical equipment in a timely fashion (waiting two weeks so far) so I tried calling them. Almost 41 minutes on hold while I wrote this and havent even spoken to a person yet. Very poor service. If I could avoid this company I would. They were contracted as part of Veterans Affairs process so I do not get to choose. I hope they are not treating all veterans like this.

My sleep study kit contains printed information stressing that the study must be completed within 7 days. However, it was 3 days later before I received the pulse oximeter needed in the test.

VA sleep study

I did an at home study for sleep apnea through the VA. The VirtuOx device never worked and didnt record any of my sleep data. I contacted customer service and their advice was to just reinstall the app. It never once properly recorded my data, yet they still submitted findings to the VA, who denied my claim.

Pushy and bold

My doctor ordered a sleep study. I have had to wait 2 weeks for them to call me now Im into the new year and have to meet my deductible again. They text and call me saying its been approved lets get it scheduled. No thanks I talked to them and was not impressed with the lack of knowledge in any department I dealt with.

I would not recommend this company, they harass you with text messages, phone calls, and text message for your billing. Once they get your billing information, you fall off the face off the face of the earth. I have been waiting to get me son tested for sleep apnea since Feb and when I finally got testing equipment it took them until today to tell me the download did not work. That was after several calls to them giving me multiple different stories. Plus, they never called me back when they said they would. I had to have my doctor's office call them to get any response and then they got the run around too.. I ha
