Virgin Mobile is the worst carrier in the history of mobile service. Customer service is more quoting policies than actually serving the customer. Their VP's like Jeff Auman, Ted Vagelos and others must sit around and just collect a check because they definitively are not dedicated to making Virgin Mobile a better company, nor pleasing their customers like myself that have stuck with this sinking... I purchased a Virgin Mobile for my son for Christmas 2013. After activating it, I was told that in 30 days they would give us a $35 credit from a promotion they had running. Beginning in Oct of 2013 my phone service via VM/Sprint has been very bad. Warbling, calls dropped. 30-60 seconds for a call to begin. Calls to voice mail unintelligible. I have Sprint, but my phone was broke and I didnt have the money for a brand new one at the time. So I decided for one month, I will just get an android phone and use service with Virgin Mobile. Virgin cannot resolve problem with adding time to my mobile2go hotspot. I have spent over 4 hours of prepaid phone time with them, had them and my bank on 3 way calls, and the same offshore, poor english no action support. Do they not want my money??
