Got a dinette set well a pub set actually, and the four legs are breaking in half on the table and if you sit in the chairs the legs wobble, have to tighten up the chairs everytime someone sits in them,wow that is pretty crazy!!! I spent almost 600 dollars on a chair and ottoman at VALUE CITY FURNITURE on RT 37, Toms River, NJ, and was also talked into buying a 5 year protection plan. The salesperson told us that everything was covered. I ordered Desk and Chair on 11/24/2013 and money was paid. I was told the item will be available for delivery by 12/16/2013. I called on 12/12/2013 to inquire the status, I was told the desk will be ready by 1/22/1014. The reason given was backlog. My husband and I purchased a couch and 2 chairs. When we picked up the furniture one chair was not in a box. The employee said they had to take it out of the box to try and fit it in a customers car but it did not fit so she returned it. Bought prescott 4 pf sectional Black Friday 2013. Looked at furniture a couple weeks prior and the sales lady told us the "leather" arms are very durable. I asked because we have two cats front declawed. She said not to worry at all. Got the furniture even a fingernail damages this ***! The USB ports stopped working. There is a rip in the seam. I ordered a media chest and chest from the Woodbridge, VA store on Dec 1st, requested delivery to be Dec. 21st, they said someone would call a day before to let me know the time. When I received my order, it was 4 pieces: couch, chaise, swivel chair, and ottoman. The initial delivery was not great I have to say. The couch and chaise looked like they were dragged on their backsides, and the chaise had a broken piece of wood inside that would move around when you touched it.
