I just received my March 28 bill, it included the charge for a modem. The only problem that that I don't have one. I called TWC and they claim that it was ordered in December and yet could provide no documentation. I have found 2 or 3 more people that this has happened to. Submitted an online order, technician never showed up. Called to reschedule, had an 6-7pm appointment, technican shows up at 9:00pm. For 2hours I was told he was 5 minutes away. Then I was told there's multiple appointments for the same slot. I have to reboot my cable box in my bedroom every day. My wife and I have 3 boxes in the house, 2 bedrooms and 1 in the living room. One question: why is there a Kudos subject but not a complaint subject? Is it because that subject would create a mailbox that can not be contained? I have your TV service, with your standard internet speed (since the TWC App does not work on any other home network) Not only is the app terrible but from a customer standpoint the service is just as bad. Cable TV has been out for 2 days. Yesterday customer service said it was an outage, DK when it would be fixed. Today online customer service: first tech said outage fixed, problem in box, tried a reset, failed, said I could take box in for service myself or wait 4 days for service in home. I objected. My eighty-one year old mom's tv, phone & internet have been out since 3/6/14. Trouble is in the line, per Time Warner Cable, who checked her line with me on my cell phone.
