I was suckered into purchasing a $20,000.00 hot tub via a salesman that kept talking me into more and more items claiming I would need including 2 sets of stairs that a friend could have built just like the ones I paid over $300.00 each, for no more than$50.00 for both sets. The radio NEVER worked and each time I needed to have the tub looked at to be fixed for several various issues (continual leaking, radio and jet problems) I paid $300.00 min.

to have it "fixed". When I purchased the tub, the salesman was from Sacramento (about an hour or so away)and was NEVER told that the only place in CA they had repair people were only in the Los Angeles area (I live in Napa, the Northern CA San Francisco Bay Area). So I can count on 2 hands how many times I was able to use this "amazing" hot tub. When I went to go clean it up and getting my house ready to sell, the top wouldn't even lift until we stuck it with a knife to allow all the water in the top to drain out.

When I opened it up to drain it, the entire bottom of the tub was full of water and the particle board broke in my hands, even though every time I called for repair for leaking I was always told there was no leaking, no problems. Also the parts were very rusted and not even attached properly. When I recently called to get help over the phone, the machine said that they were busy but to leave a message (I left a detailed one and 2 phone numbers for them to call) and I NEVER heard from anyone at all from Thermospa. I was hoping it would help sell my house, but luckily we were able to get it out of here just in time to put my house on the market.

I feel extremely duped by this company and their *** service and products. I should have just kept the 1987 Cal Spa that was already here when I moved in. At least it worked and never leaked or broke down. I am a disabled person who suffers from chronic pain and arthritis in several areas of my body.

I used the Cal Spa EVERY MORNING AND EVERY NIGHT to ease my pain. I really counted on the new Thermospa that I paid a fortune for to do the same thing.

I was so very WRONG. Do NOT waste your money or time with this company!!!

I to have many problems with my tub that I bought from Thermaspa. The corp people could care less.

It is time that we have a class suit against them. If you are interested please email me and pass this along to other people who have problems.

Rikki69, I have to say you were duped and ripped off by this company. I used to work for Thermo and I was the ONLY factory trained technician in CA.

from 2007-****. I handled all of CA. From 2010 to 2012 another tech. Joined in, and he handled the Northern Part of the state.

but he was NOT trained by Thermo. he was an independent contractor. In 2012 I and all technicians were let go, because of the bankruptcy. I don't know when you called for service or when you received service from a technician, but I can guarantee that you never had service from a qualified Tech.

How do I know? I still have all my service call records, but I don't see your email in any of them. Also none of my customer's never had to pay $300 for service and I went farther then Napa for a service call. I agree with you, don't give this company, now owned by Jacuzzi, any of your money.

The president of the company Andy tournas does not give a *** about your problems, once he has your money in his hands. Buy from a reputable company that has local service available, and remember to check the *** unions in your spa's they are not eternal and always always check for leaks.

Yeah, I worked for them too and they are all a bunch of *** The poor quality of management and personel matches the poor quality of their spas. That is the only consistency you'll get from this fly by night company!

It all makes so much sense now that I have read your posting!! I JUST threw away the salesman's card the other day.

Now I wish I hadn't tossed it. I can somewhat describe him though. Totally blonde, slight build. Thanks to both of you who commented on what *** these guys are.

They got my money but I have bad mouthed them whenever and to whom ever I can.

I wish I still had all my paperwork and the actual spa. I would love to attempt to sue the f'ers!!
