I spent hours trying to find a store to buy a top up card after I was unable t top up with my bank card online. The payment was declined several times using two different bank cards which I varied to have lots of money on. I finally went to Best Buy in the Cape Cod Mall. I called that 877-878-7908 # and my phone is not on that's bs and if it's not on in the morning we r going to have a serious problem.my phone should be on by now and I just paid $43.71 for my phone to still be off this ridiculous I do not have money to just spare and throw away I really do hope that this will be fixed by morning......and if this is some kind of scam this number 877-878-7908... i called to have my #changed and they gave me like 5 different #s...then when i go to pay my bill my # isnt recognized. on top of all that they tried to make me pay a extra 5$ for a debit card payment. didnt care that they made a error on their end i had to pay for it. worse phone company i ever had. they had me on the phone for hours without getting nething accomplished... just a waste of my... My web page never worked. Only personal text are allowed no company text or info text. Topping up your service took 30 to 45 minutes over phone on hold. I could not find any top up card to Buy. My phone would not call out for hours a couple of times a month. Poor reception most the time and poor customer service all the time.They should pay me to use their service. I purchased a simple mobile sim today. The website would no take an order for two sims, and it reserved three payments against my card. I called the customer service number on the website "simplemobile.com", The Indian lady called me a liar and a fool saying that simple mobile was not selling sims and I could not have ordered on the website. I can't stand Simple Mobile customer service reps and the online account. Both of which don't work properly. I've called them too many times to count in the past year. The customer pays the cost, when you outsource services off shore and when you source it onshore but to ignorant ghetto Latinos. One of the sneaky retailers called "Bolivio Express communications" change my sim number to mismatch with the sim number in the system to create a loss of service. SM is a bunch of f%$# morons to give access to such data to monkeys. Now they said it takes 35-5 days... Read more

Yesterday we had paid our regular monthly connection fee of $40 via their telephone payment system. As soon as I made the payment, I got a recording telling me that there was a problem. I called my bank and saw that they had withdrawn $80 from my account and my phone was NOT connected. Accidentally bought $25 data plan thinking it included unlimited talk and text (my fault I guess). Contacted customer service. No *** *** help at all.
