I have ordered 13 Photo books from Shutterfly. Due to my high usage for my photography, I found the book crashing frequently. I learned to save often. - at almost every change. Then, over time, the service got worse. Customer service said it was my internet connection. I upgraded. Service continued to get worse. I called Shutterfly at 888.225.7159 to resolve an issue with my order. I was transferred to someone who said that because their lines were down, they were offering customers a $100 (Walmart) gift card. He asked where he should send it. We paid $35 for express shipping so our cards would arrive by 12/19. The cards did not arrive on 12/19 and we had no explanation by Shutterfly. On 12/22 we called them, the customer service department told us the order was being processed. They had no idea where our cards were in the "processing" line. They gave instructions to FedEx to "not deliver during the weekday or Christmas." This company... Read more

Used Shutterfly share site for youth sports. In trying to add members, we receive error message that we cannot add members. Real helpful. Something about spam settings need to be reset. Keep in mind the name of this site is Pissed Customer. I received my (a) shutterfly order yesterday in the mail. Shutterfly printed my holiday cards with a big pink line down the middle of the black and white picture. It is very noticeable and sadly I do not have time to get more cards ordered. I order dog tags 12/08/2013 they were schedule to arrive on the 16 and no package. I ordered Holiday cards in time for them to be delivered before Hanukkah and Christmas. I received an email from Shutterfly that my order was shipped. I ordered Christmas cards through shutterfly on November 25th. I was told I would receive them between December 3rd and 6th. Well, as you can imagine those days came and went, and my order still said being processed. Multiple calls and emails later, no one can tell me when and if I'm going to get my Christmas cards.
