My Checking account is continually being tapped for fifty dollars each month and I do not use this service. I would like the funds replaced in my account and it documented that I have received nothing from this company in the way of medications. I did speak with a person on the phone but never signed or agreed to them representing me for any of my medications. Seems that the banks are not... Read more

Dear Sirs: On November 4, I called in to SCBN requesting status on my medication, Lexapro. I was told that it would probably take another 4 – 6 weeks. I sent it in on 10-05-2011. Why is it taking so long? At this point I asked that this last medication be pulled and my file closed. Your Rep said I needed to do this by letter. I was surprised and told her that in the past, when I pulled my... Read more

To all of those who access the website SelectCare Benefits… STOP, go no further! SELECT CARE BENEFITS HAS BEEN DEEMED UNSATISFACTORY BY THE BBB. I’ve got my story and apparently there were many others. This is in regard to a reduced rate or free prescription program. I contacted this site in attempts to get my medication at a reduced rate or free. The call I made to subscribe was... Read more
