I recently purchased a large live plant (palm) from Sams Club. I have many plants in my home, some that are over 30 years old. several shoppers said to view the video and told the manager to view it. an employee had apparently let a cart go that hit my car, local sams lot is sloping. put a very nice wack on my car, removing the paint and making a dent behind the door. assured locally it would be handled after manager filled out an incident report. letter from their insurer says that they are not responsible. estimate not... Wow I use to buy through their auction several years ago and never ever had this problem. .... But now I see from all the complaints below that it is not the case anymore ! the management consistently refused to repair and provide mobility shopping carts for the elderly and disabled for several months now I have noticed the carts disappearing and management has been very rude toward me when I asked about the carts last time I had to wait behind a nice old man with one leg and on oxygen for 1 hour boy I felt sorry for the 4 other people behind me . the higher... Checkout was a joke. The person checking me out was of no help at all. She did not ask or offer any boxes. All items had to be taken out of the cart and placed on the belt including 2 12 packs of beer, a 36 bottle package of water and 2 large packages of Diet Coke. Costco doesn't make me do any of this. I purchased a bed from Samsclub.com. The bed was defective after only 2 years 11 months. No deals to be had EVER on sams.com auctions - that in itself is a mystery how they can get buyers to pay more plus shipping than they could get the same product for no shipping in the store. Something is amiss here. Tired of the BS with corporations anymore. At the cafe, I had to ask for my 52 cents in change. But, it really isn't the cashier's fault.
