Horrible experience with our orders. We made three purchases over a two week period we were charged a delivery fee for each order even though we were told that we had unlimited delivery. This took 45 minutes to correct with RH customer service. We were told that the delivery company would set up the rug we purchased than the couch we purchased well the couch arrived with no rug call RH cs again... Read more

1) I complained about 2 throws which we received with horribly tangled fringes. 2) They never acknowledged the possible product problem - just treated me like I was a liar for reporting such a thing. 3) I escalated to their CEO. I'm just wondering if i am the only person experiencing this? I bought stone wash linen bed sheets and duvet cover - fitted sheets have worn through in less than 18 months (only 9 months of wear and tear as i have 2 sets that i rotate). RH representative put a coffee table on hold. While the coffee table was on hold, another rep sold it. Sales rep then promised me the same coffee table and told me to wait 2 weeks. THAT WAS A LIE. During the same purchase, RH sale rep told me that I can get a credit card from RH to get an additional 5% off on my wife's name even if she wasn't there. He asked me for her SS and pull the credit. I had heard on several occasions from my designer at RH that I was very lucky to have her services for free because a designer usually bills a large hourly rate. To her credit, I believe she was a great designer and probably the only person that really cared about me as a customer especially when each and every order was screwed up at some level by her company. We have (ignorantly) placed two separate orders with this company. The first was for baby bedding for our daughter. We ordered a monogrammed quilt and bumper set that were supposed to match. Items look beautiful, but there is no quality control. I ordered a desk 3 months ago which was damaged. RH arranged an exchange, but I received a call from the delivery service that the replacement was also damaged. They said I would receive another replacement in 1-2 weeks. That was over a month ago. We ordered a 1920s Odeon rectangular chandelier a month ago. First, when we ordered the item there was a $125 delivery charge, which was fully explained. Less than a week later, I saw an additional charge on my credit card statement which they had charged (believe it was $50 or $100). These chairs were terrible, cane pulled off after 3 months. Overall experience in trying to get it resolved. Painful, disrespectful, feel cheated. Besides having to deal with the RH's "were cooler than you" advertising and the ridiculous catalogue designed to perpetuate that attitude, not to mention adding to the destruction of the environment, now this- substandard products that they don't...
