I love our Rainsoft system. Most of my family has eczema and in the short time of having our system, all of our skin has dramatically improved. I'm also very picky about the way the water I drink tastes and our water from the osmosis tap tastes fantastic!!! We have addressed this matter with our RainSoft Distributor in Oklahoma City, OK. It appears the Mason’s water pressure spiked at one point causing water to blow past the seals on their water conditioner. We recommend using a pressure gauge to confirm that the water pressure does not exceed 120 psi. If the water pressure does exceed this limit, a pressure regulator is needed. The minimum water... We have received a copy of the service invoice from our RainSoft distributor in Victorville, California. Based on the information we have been provided, the charges in question do not add up with the invoice. We have addressed this issue with our distributor in Kennesaw, Georgia who have assured us Mr. Lee’s concerns have been addressed. I had salesman come to my home told me that I was supposed to get free service when I to replace a filter now they charge 423.00 when need a filter change and then they gave air purification for my home and he said that once a year they would replace he didn't tell me it would cost 200.00 every time and they gave some cheap laundry soap face soap,cleaning products which aren't worth much and you... We contacted the RainSoft distributor for Temple City, California and this was their response: Mrs. Hu was not aware that the company she originally purchased the RainSoft product from in Ohio and our company, Lifetime Solutions are unrelated companies, we just sell the same product. Rain Soft Raised their Prices on Services, but cut most benefits off, such as free service calls, now is only one per year. Main complain is the last time of service (routine filters change), technician was cut off hot water (there was no pressure at all, we could not take shower). When we call them to fix their mistake they charged us $89 and never fix the problem! We even spoke to both managers... Read more

At this time our distributor in Fresno, California has made all of the necessary repairs to the customer’s satisfaction. We have discussed these claims with the owner of the RainSoft dealership in Grand Prairie, TX who stated these accusations are horrid, particularly since the person who posted these claims wasn’t present at the time of the presentation. We have addressed this issue with our distributor, Broward Water Consultants, who has apologized for the poor experience and any problems they have created.
