I love our Rainsoft system. Most of my family has eczema and in the short time of having our system, all of our skin has dramatically improved. I'm also very picky about the way the water I drink tastes and our water from the osmosis tap tastes fantastic!!! Such an expensive system made me nervous and although I wish I was cheaper, I do not regret it! I also love all the soap and cleaning... Read more

I purchased a (11,000.00) water softener system from this company. They installed the system at my residence. After 2 years I moved and had to have the system relocated. I paid to have the system moved by the company. After having a busted pipe I discovered that the company had installed the system in a location that was not servicing my residence. Rainsoft promised to install the equipement in the garage and charging extra to build a insullated box to keep it all from freezing and got it installed in the garage but left out the insulated box! It's been months since and still no resolve . I will be OUT if anything goes wrong from cold weather. :( Add comment

I was pleased to see this customer reposted his experience with his local dealer quality home services, when I contacted their customer service director he reviewed the file right away and dispatched a service truck that day. I got this unit installed in June 2010. It worked for probably a good 3 months before it slowly stopped working. Every year since then the crooks (Quality Home Services) charges us 100 bucks plus parts for the "in warranty product". I wonder what the warranty is all about and why cant they get the defective product replaced? It has been the worst investment of $5000 for a unit which *** knows... Read more
