I love our Rainsoft system. Most of my family has eczema and in the short time of having our system, all of our skin has dramatically improved. I'm also very picky about the way the water I drink tastes and our water from the osmosis tap tastes fantastic!!! To continue statement. Why do I get charged for something under warrenty. I know this company be apart of bbb and Angie's list. If not for myself over seeing work being done, the work/craftsmanship is very very poor. If the product is so good, way do they give u 3000 dollars of mid grade soap. We contacted the selling distributor who, at this time, has addressed the customer’s complaint. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the total cost whereby the selling price never changed. It appears the customer did not understand there would be interest with the financing. after a very expensive filter replacement (over $200.00) the tubing came lose and starting flooding the kitchen. lucky I was home, it was a big mess. all they are interested in is selling you more filter replacements. it was an expensive system (abt. $800.00) I took it out. its all a ripoff. We have addressed this matter with our RainSoft Distributor in Oklahoma City, OK. It appears the Mason’s water pressure spiked at one point causing water to blow past the seals on their water conditioner. We recommend using a pressure gauge to confirm that the water pressure does not exceed 120 psi. If the water pressure does exceed this limit, a pressure regulator is needed. The minimum water... We have received a copy of the service invoice from our RainSoft distributor in Victorville, California. Based on the information we have been provided, the charges in question do not add up with the invoice.
