We spoke to the authorized dealer in question and he agreed that, when he replaced the filters for the first time in March 2012, he had the wrong filters with him. He admitted this was his mistake and rectified the situation the following day. We were promised during the sales pitch part of this whole ordeal that Clean Start is an amazing investment. We were told we wouldn't have to use detergent anymore, as it cleaned clothes eco-friendly without the use of harsh detergents. Upon receiving this complaint we notified our distributor in Delaware who then contacted the customer and addressed their concerns and scheduled a no charge service call. They got my contact info at local Home Depo (Whitby) in 2014 April, Kept on calling me every month, told them I was moving soon, calls did not stop, I was contacted again and again then finally fate got to me and I gave them an appointment (*** thing I've ever done in my life) Guys came.. fooled around and some how convinced us to sign for it so he can ''waive off the installation fee... Our dealer in Indianapolis was authorized by us to perform a no charge service for the customer two months ago, which at that time they assured us the water conditioner was working properly. The water had tested soft and we have confirmed this with the customer. We understand that the customer’s main concern is with spots on her fixtures, which we believe is TDS. A service representative has been to the customer’s house twice and have confirmed the equipment is working properly. They also spoke to the customer yesterday and confirmed everything is working correctly. In addition, the faucet at the kitchen sink is necessary for the drinking water system.
