I love our Rainsoft system. Most of my family has eczema and in the short time of having our system, all of our skin has dramatically improved. I'm also very picky about the way the water I drink tastes and our water from the osmosis tap tastes fantastic!!! We contacted the RainSoft distributor for Temple City, California and this was their response: Mrs. Hu was not aware that the company she originally purchased the RainSoft product from in Ohio and our company, Lifetime Solutions are unrelated companies, we just sell the same product. At this time our distributor in Fresno, California has made all of the necessary repairs to the customer’s satisfaction. We have discussed these claims with the owner of the RainSoft dealership in Grand Prairie, TX who stated these accusations are horrid, particularly since the person who posted these claims wasn’t present at the time of the presentation. We have addressed this issue with our distributor, Broward Water Consultants, who has apologized for the poor experience and any problems they have created. We have discussed this matter with our dealer in Luling, Louisiana and it appears there was a misunderstanding where the customer wanted her RainSoft system reinstalled. It appears our dealer installed the system where he was instructed to. The property has two residence which does not share the same water line. Rainsoft promised to install the equipement in the garage and charging extra to build a insullated box to keep it all from freezing and got it installed in the garage but left out the insulated box! It's been months since and still no resolve . I will be OUT if anything goes wrong from cold weather. :( Add comment
