Do not buy from Q9powersports! In September I ordered a pink camo 110cc 4 wheeler with remote stop safety feature with free helmet because it was on sale at the time.

They assured me they had it in stock so I placed my order. Days later I get a call from the owner Jeremy (hi jeremy) saying they couldnt ship the one that they had because it had accidentally been filled with oil and couldnt be shipped that way. Funny considering the one they finally sent us came with oil in it! So we finally get the thing and it is a 90cc with no safety remote.

Now we are being asked to pay shipping back which will be hundreds of dollars and not to mention the 20% restocking fee they have! All for their mistake! Nice company huh? Also kinda funny they change their website to say they are all about customer service after I file a complaint with BBB.

Scared of something are we?

Also how can you be so about safety and are denying my child of the safety features we wanted for her? Check out his responses or the lack of on bbb.com

Monetary Loss: $525.

I wish that I would have read these reviews before ordering from this company.

I'm considering purchasing a 250 trail blazer sport ATV, has anyone had any experience with this product? :x

Guest

I have had a great experience with Q9 Powersports and my kids love their ATV. Perfect for only $799 :grin

If you are considering $600.00 bucks to be an outragious amount to pay for an ATV, well mabye you should consider just pulling your kids in a wagon filled with pillows. You probably can't even ride a bike yourself.

Yamaha and Suzuki and Honda are what you want to purchase.

You get what you pay for you should go direct to a store and purchase a Japanese made product much better quality.

Mine came wrecked. The shipping is the worst ever.

I mean terrible. The shipping co. called to let me know the atv would be delivered on wed or fri, however it didnt come till a week later. When it did come, the delivery co.

cant wait, cant help, cant do anything but get your signature. Then you need to identify damage on the spot. Then file a claim with the delivery company. Meanwhile your new atv is a pile of @#$%, bent, broken, wobbly and requires continuous maintenance.

I called immediately to report damage and Jeremy "was trying to be nice" about the situation, decided to replace a couple of broken parts but sent wrong parts, NICE.

If you want to be a hero with your kids, shop elswhere or become a frustrated zero. :(

Perhaps you should have spent $3000 on a Honda ATV instead of $600 on a Chinese kids ATV. :)

I also had a problem with Q9 Powersports. The owner, Jeremy, is a fraud.

He advertises "kids ATVs" but when they arrive, they have warning stickers on them saying anyone under 16 should NEVER ride them due to injury including death. They advertise a return policy but do not take anything back.
