I called to purchase the Skin Spots Remover product. I had to listen to a 15 minute Q&A before even getting to ordering the product.

I declined the monthly products they are PUSHING asking only for the skin darkener. I gave a credit card number...and never saw the product nor was I billed. I called back a few months later asking for just the product, not the pitch, and not the reoccurring billing, they took my card again. Sent me the product.

Three weeks later, I was re-billed again on my card without my authorization. I had call them again to remove charge.

This approach probably SCAMS hundreds of people who don't notice the charge. I would suggest avoiding using PROACTIVE SOLUTIONS as they have questionable billing practices.

Monetary Loss: $28.

did you even read your invoice or were one of those *** that were looking for a deal. the reason you got it at that price is because it a membership price. people like you make me sick.

There is nothing on their website when ordering that alerts you of their automatic reoccurring subscription plan. This is a scam, everyone should be filing an online complaint with the BBB (Better Business Burean) for a full refund.

This company and it's dishonest tactics must be put out of business

i went through the same nightmare as you Cathay, immediately file an online complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau), they assisted me getting me a full refund back on both their product 3 month billing cost & the free gift offer, this company should be put out of business

I called in to cancel out my member ship which I thought it was only one time buy the next thing I know I got charge every month for it. Now, I just find out that they also charge me for the "free gift" for which that told me that due to their mistake of late shipping. Worse of all I haven't received any produce.

I wonder how many people have gone through what I am gone through?

nothing but scammers, they have a perfect record at the BBB because they don't want to get into any legal trouble and refund 100% of the complaints received but imagine all the people they have scammed that didn't complain directly to the BBB, they need to be put out of business, spread the word

Your company is intentionally scamming innocent consumers. For the one who pursue a refund with the BBB, they are lucky but imagine all the ones who just pay to cease the harassment; what a clever scheme.
